Properties: light yellow powder (particle), a slight bitter taste, non-toxic. Specific gravity of 1.70 (20 ℃), decomposition temperature 300 ℃. Soluble in chloroform, acetone, benzene and ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate. Storage stability for more than two years. Event of strong acid or alkali solution is decomposed.
Uses: ZMBT mainly in latex with ZDMC or ZDEC and used as the primary promoter. Vulcanized latex film with ZMBT high modulus. In addition, no increase in the foam rubber in the vulcanization time can ensure a good resistance to compression set properties. ZMBT not affect the stability of latex in the adhesive used, its characteristics similar to the MBT, but slightly improved scorch performance.
Packaging: 20/25kg plastic woven bag, Paper bag, kraft paper bag, woven bag or container.
Storage: should be stored in a cool dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight, valid for 2 years.
